Why can't I share my Conker quiz to Google Forms?

To share your quiz to Google Forms, you will need to:

1) Log out of Conker

2) Log in, using your Google Account

3) When prompted, approve the requested permissions for Google Drive, which allows Conker to export your quiz structure to Google Forms.
