If you no longer wish to use Conker, and would like to completely delete all of the data that we hold, you can now do that by following the steps below.

Please note that deleting your Conker account will also delete your Mote account, because of our company's shared infrastructure.

Please note that you cannot delete your account if you are part of a managed account, e.g. a school or organization.  If you are part of a school or organization, please contact your Conker account administrator to remove you from the account, if you wish to delete your Conker account.

If you have a paid Conker subscription you must cancel your subscription before deleting your account.

How to delete your Conker account

1. Go to https://app.conker.ai/settings/profile

2. Click 'Delete Account' and follow the instructions

Please note that account deletion is irreversible and complete. All of your Conker quizzes, responses and account data will be deleted. 

You will immediately be logged out of Conker, and will receive an email within a matter of minutes to confirm the deletion.
